My Hoodia Diet after pregnancy

Heidi Klum, Angelina Jolie, Victoria Beckham and many more celebrities are the reason for a lot a very unhappy women around the world. And I was one of them.

Why? Quite simply because every man on this planet thinks that giving birth does not effect the looks and the weight of women. For them it works like this: you have fun - you get pregnant - after 5 months your belly, just the belly, gets bigger - you have the baby - immediately after, you look like before! Well, it does not work like that! Not for me and not for 99 % of the women around the globe.

After my first baby I was really suffering. During pregnancy I gained almost 15 kg and most of it stayed on after birth. I can't even tell you how many diets I tried. Most of them did not work, because I just could not cope with the stress of having a newborn child to take care of, plus all the efforts you need to make, to prepare the right food in the right way for the diet. And, honestly, the biggest "Downer" was that I was constantly hungry.

It was a constant up and down for me. I lost 5 kg, I gained 3, I lost 4, I gained 2 and so on and so on. So, in general I lost weight, but much too slow. Getting back in the shape and form I was before my pregnancy was far, far away.

Then I got pregnant for the second time and during this pregnancy, I swore to myself that I would find a solution that I would not suffer in the same way again. I started to research. I read books, I looked on the internet, I watched reports on TV. And I found all kinds of advices, some made sense, some were pure nonsense. Having a caesarean section instead of a natural birth almost sounded harmless, compared to some of the advices I found.

For me it was clear from the beginning that I wanted a natural birth, I did not want to make a complicated diet which would keep me hungry for weeks and I did not want to use any chemical remedies.

Hoodia Gordonii - A solution?

During this research I heard and read also about Hoodia Gordonii. A Hoodia Diet, according to articles, books and reports was supposed to be purely natural and Hoodia was supposed to help to lose weight without feeling constantly hungry.

My first thought was: too good to be true! It sounded exactly like the thing I was looking for - purely natural, no hunger and no side effects - where was the catch? I dug deeper; I read everything I could find about Hoodia Gordonii. And it still sounded very good.

A Hoodia Diet Pills were supposed to help me to eat less, but still not feel hungry. Of course, even during a Hoodia Diet it would be necessary to stay away from cakes, chocolate and it would be necessary to eat only so much, to satisfy the feeling of hunger. Even during a Hoodia Diet, I would need self discipline, but a lot less. And after all my research, I was confident that I could cope with the efforts necessary for a Hoodia Diet.

So I ordered my first supply of Hoodia Diet Pills which arrived shortly before the birth of my baby-girl. Naturally, for the first two weeks after birth I could not be bothered with any kind of diet or did not even want to think about weight loss. I was just happy that the birth went well and my baby and I were healthy.

Then, after two weeks I decided that it was time, to get back in shape, to lose the overweight. So, the next morning I took my first Hoodia Capsule, according to the rules with a large glass of water. The same again at lunchtime and at dinnertime. And I tell you, after the first day.... I felt cheated!

On the first day of my Hoodia Diet I did not experience less hunger, I did not eat less during my meals. Ok, I did stay away from all the "in-between-stuff", but that was thanks to my discipline and not because of Hoodia.

Not much difference on the second day. My thoughts went already in the direction: Hoodia Diet after pregnancy - not the right solution. I was hungry at lunch, I was hungry at dinner. My weight stayed the same.

When I still felt hungry on my third day at lunchtime and my helpings were not smaller than normal, I was ready to give up. My husband convinced me, to try it at least for a full week. Just because I did not want to struggle again with normal diets I gave in and I took my Hoodia capsule one hour before dinner. And somehow it started to happen. There was still half a burger left when I felt full. According to the "rules" of a Hoodia Diet, I stopped eating and a little bit later I went to bed.

Hoodia Diet Pills - They work

I was more or less expecting, to wake up extremely hungry. Half a burger for dinner was normally not nearly enough to feed me. But when I went out of bed I felt normal. Ready to have some breakfast, but not hungrier than normal. I took my Hoodia capsule and from that moment on - what can I say - it just worked.

I kept on taking the Hoodia capsules for another three months. All in all I lost more than 15 kg and I was really happy. I was even slimmer than before my first baby and I felt healthy, well and attractive. The Hoodia Diet after pregnancy was exactly the right thing to do.

Ok, I have to admit, there were the usual slip-ups, where I just could not say no to a piece of cake or the ice-cream. But with a Hoodia Diet that is not a problem. There is no complicated calorie-counting, no "food-schedule" which I could disrupt. It was more like - oops, I made a mistake - and I just went on with my diet.

All this happened about 4 years ago. I am still at the same weight, of course with some ups and downs. When I get too heavy I start taking Hoodia again and after a few weeks, I am back on the weight I want to be.

For me the Hoodia Diet after pregnancy was exactly the right thing to do. Having a newborn to take care of and trying to lose weight at the same time is normally too much to do at the same time. But with Hoodia it was relatively easy and I am happy that I tried it.
